MANILA, Philippines — The water levels of six out of nine monitored dams across the country increased over the past 24 hours, the state weather bureau said on Saturday. In its 8 a.m. update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the water levels of Angat, Ipo, Ambuklao, San Roque, Pantabagan and Magat Dams rose while those of La Mesa, Binga and Caliraya Dams saw a decrease.
