TACLOBAN CITY — Persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the Northern Samar Provincial Jail will be given opportunities to acquire livelihood skills and prepare for economic reintegration after serving their sentences under a new partnership between the provincial government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
