MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) has released pay rules for two holidays in August. Under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Proclamation No. 1006, Aug. 21, Ninoy Aquino Day, is a special non-working day to commemorate the death anniversary of former Sen.
